The FORKids Program encompasses our Backpack Program and our Summer Lunch Program, as well as our Winter Bag and Spring Basket distribution.
As part of the Backpack Program, volunteers will help sort through donations and build meal bags that are delivered to schools for distribution to students. Join us in assembling the weekend meal bags at our warehouse location!
Over summer break, our Summer Lunch Program provides free, nutritious meals to children and teens. Volunteers assist staff members in the kitchen at our Olympia's Food Pantry in preparing meals. Help cook up a storm with us!
During the winter and spring, the Food Bank receives an abundance of donated toys, stuffed animals, and handcrafted bags and clothing. Volunteers help organize and sort the donations in preparation for distribution at our client service locations. Come get lost among the all the adorable trinkets as you go through donations!
